Howdy, and happy Thursday!

We’re a day late this week — yesterday’s April Escape Club discounts took center stage — but to make up for it, we’re adding a bonus listing in today’s From the Group Chat newsletter. Instead of our usual five homes, this week’s roundup includes six.

Recently, the EB team noticed some patterns across active listings in the Hudson Valley and Catskills: multiple mid-century homes, Victorian estates, and historic churches all on the market at once. So we decided to highlight two of each — one above $1,000,000 and one below $650,000.

Consider it a “part two” to our last From the Group Chat, which highlighted five listings under $500,000.

This week’s spectrum runs from $157,000 to $3,350,000. To be clear, we’re not saying one is better than the other. It’s simply that great architecture shows up at every price point.

Mid-century homes with strong bones appear across the region, Victorian estates range from grand compounds to more approachable restorations, and historic churches continue to offer some of the most unusual renovation opportunities Upstate.

As a real estate agent, one of my favorite parts of the job is imagining what a home could become. This week’s listings invite you to do the same.

Happy house hunting!
– Hannah + the EB Team
